Nathan Griffith is about to say “cheese” for another mugshot! Jenelle Evans has pressed charges against her ex-fiancé after he stole her car while she was on vacation in Miami.
“It’s a misdemeanor larceny charge,” Lt. Brewer of Hanover County Sherriff’s Office in Wilmington, NC told RadarOnline.com. “She claims he took a car seat, bracelet, tanning lotion, clothing and some other items with a total value of $1,000.”
A warrant was issued for the 27 year old's arrest on January 24, which was on the same day Jenelle, 24, and her boyfriend David Eason couldn’t find her car in the Wilmington Airport’s parking lot.
In a video obtained by the website, Nathan admitted to taking the car when he was contacted by authorities. Although the car is registered in both their names, he is still being charged because of the items inside the vehicle.

“He took jewelry, an iPad, a car seat, stroller, her kids’ jackets, her jacket, tanning lotion worth a lot of money, and more,” an insider told Radar. “Nathan knows where she parks the car when she is out of town and he has spare keys.”

When Nathan refused to answer Jenelle’s phone calls, that’s when she contacted the police. “Jenelle is going to get a new car, so she could care less about that,” the insider said. “But Nathan’s not the greatest person for doing it in the first place and it hurts Jenelle so bad that he would do this to his own son.”
The insider added how although Nathan always complains about not seeing their son Kaiser, 1, he “didn’t even visit with Kai while he was up there.”
