The 35-year-old TV personality was reportedly kissing TLC’s Rozonda ‘Chilli’ Thomas at WDKX’s Summerfest Concert in Rochester on July 10!

"It looked serious. They were hugged-up and kissing," an onlooker told the New York Daily News.

"He watched Chilli intensely and lovingly as the group performed, then couldn’t keep his hands off her backstage,” the source revealed. “They are definitely together!"

Cannon divorced from his ex-wife Mariah Carey in April following a six year marriage.
