Mariah Carey may want to wait before booking a flight for herself and her kids to visit Australia. Her new man, billionaire James Packer resides there, but Nick Cannon is not having it!

Mariah and James have been rendezvousing for the past month, and she even brought her kids on their breathtaking vacation in Ibiza. But it sounds like that’s about as far as Monroe and Morrocan are going to get to Australia.

“Nick will never let Mariah get away with it,” a source tells InTouch.

But it sounds like as soon as Mariah’s divorce from Nick is finalized, she is going to try to join James, so Nick better get ready for a battle. “She’s totally in love and ready to relocate her life for him,” says an insider.

And if it needs to go to court, Nick is ready to play dirty. “He’s always been worried about Mariah drinking around the children, and I’m sure he will use that to his advantage. There is no chance those kids will be leaving the country.”
