As hardcore ABC Bachelor fans know, Nick grew up in Wisconsin but was living in Chicago as a software salesman when he became apart of Andi Dorfman's season back in 2014.
Since then, Nick has been enjoying his days in L.A. as a public figure and social media influencer, like many other Bachelor participants. He has also dabbled in some acting. Last May he appeared on a few episodes of General Hospital.
In 2017, around the same time that his season debuted, he made the move to Los Angeles to enjoy the amazing weather and palm trees. Oh, and of course all of the publicity opportunities that past bachelors and bachelorettes are basically guaranteed after their time with ABC.

After two seasons of being Andi and Kaitlyn Bristowe's suitors and the runner up of both seasons, ABC announced Nick as their next Bachelor in their 21st season after being a fan favorite on his first Bachelor in Paradise season.
As Ok! readers know, Nick chose Vanessa Grimaldi at the end of his season and proposed, but broke up the following summer.
