Noah captured the sweet moment that Billy opened his gifts and when the family sang to him all on her Instagram Stories. Her mom Tish brought out a glowing cake and everyone couldn't wait to celebrate their talented daddy. Noah and Lil Xan gave him a rainbow-painted bong and some marijuana packets as a B-Day present.
The 18-year-old has been dating Lil Xan since earlier this summer. The two drove around earlier in the day before the party, chilling and listening to some tunes while Lil Xan smoked a blunt.

The couple posted on their Instagrams cute photos of them hugging Billy Ray at the party and with his new present. The "Stay Together" singer posted simply, "happy birthday daddio @billyraycyrus."
The Soundcloud rapper posted, "Had to get dad a present ya dig! ? Happy B Day @billyraycyrus," along with a photo of the two sitting on some steps.
