The countdown is on for the birth of Justin Timberlake and his wife, Jessica Biel’s, first baby. But the popstar may miss out on witnessing the miracle if his wife gets her way.
A source close to the couple told OK! that Biel doesn’t want Timberlake in the delivery room while she’s giving birth. The insider explained that Biel doesn’t want her sweetie seeing her in pain and looking disheveled as she goes through labor.
“Justin keeps telling her he thinks she’ll look beautiful and he just wants to support her on the most important day of their lives,” the source said. “But Jess is insisting she’d rather have a close friend be there to hold her hand.”

The insider added that Biel’s request that Timberlake not be in the room for the birth has caused a great deal of tension between the pair.
However, with just a few weeks left before the actress welcomes the couple’s little one, there may be a little time for the mommy-to-be to change her mind!
