Olivia proved she's a model on and off the runway when she sauntered the West Hollywood streets in her cool look.
The beauty queen wore baggy high-waisted jeans, a skinny black belt, leather boots, and Balmain striped tank.
The Rhode Island native kept her black hair slicked back into a bun and accessorized with a quilted purse.
