After a mostly private pregnancy, Troian Bellisario and hubby Patrick J. Adams are now proud parents! Patrick took to Instagram to announce the exciting news and to gush about his little family.
Under a zoomed in shot of the infant’s tiny hand wrapped around his finger, the Suits star wrote, “The world just got 8lbs heavier. Thank you to everyone who fought for and protected our privacy during this incredible and beautiful time in our lives.”
He then updated his followers on the condition of the new mama and baby. “Everyone is happy and healthy and loving every moment of this. I could not be more excited to bring a baby girl into this world at this moment.”
He finished, “We will raise her to be powerful, to always speak her mind and heart and to live without fear. It’s a brand new day and a brave new world and they are both beautiful.”

Rumors about a possible pregnancy sparked back in June, but the fiercely private pair didn’t confirm the news until early August.
The new parents met back 2009 while starring in a play together, but didn’t tie the knot until 2016.
