Kourtney, 36, and an upset looking Penelope headed to a doctor's office, so maybe that is why! Regardless, of course Kourtney made sure her fashion game was on point in a black-and-white wrap dress.
Penelope, attitude and all, looked adorable in a floral printed dress which she wore over a white T-shirt and paired with sneakers.
Kourtney managed to stun regardless of all the drama going on in her life!

As reported, the father of her three children, Scott Disick, was allegedly hospitalized last month and placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold, but released before the usual 72-hour period.
Since then, Scott, 34, has continued to live it up, even filming for the family's reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, in New York. with Kris Jenner. Then, during Fashion Week, he hung out with none other than Bella Thorne, who is just 19-years-old. While she says they are just friends, it's questionable considering they have been out together numerous times throughout the summer.
