What eviction notice!? Despite facing some money troubles with his Bar One restaurant in Atlanta, Georgia, Peter Thomas is continuing to move forward with construction on the eatery’s sister restaurant in Charlotte, North Carolina!
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star already opened a Sports One location in Charlotte back in 2014. And he took to his Instagram recently to give an update on how close he is to now opening Bar One in the Queen City!
He revealed that he is a little over three months away from being finished with Bar One Charlotte, and he also gave his followers a glimpse at what Sports One in Charlotte looked like before its grand opening.
The update on his new Bar One location came just days before documents surfaced that showed Thomas was served an eviction notice for his Bar One restaurant in Atlanta, which relocated last year. Thomas hasn’t commented on the eviction talk. But he did upload a new photo to the restaurant’s Instagram page on Thursday, sharing that construction has resumed on the spot and should be finished in time for a fall 2015 opening.

In the eviction documents revealed this week, Thomas’ landlord also demanded that he pay $1,869 on the property. And this isn’t the first time Thomas has run into money trouble with the restaurant. He had to relocate Bar One due to a rent dispute with the landlord of the restaurant's old location. That battle led to a $100,000 lawsuit being filed against Thomas in 2014.
Seeing that Thomas is currently overseeing the construction on two restaurants at the same time, it seems that he many have worked out some of his money issues!
