Poor Peter! After dealing with a cheating scandal a few months ago, Cynthia Bailey’s husband Peter Thomas is now facing talk that his finances may be in trouble yet again!
Legal documents obtained by RadarOnline.com show that The Real Housewives of Atlanta star recently received an eviction notice for the new location of his Bar One resturant in Atlanta, Georgia.
The document also demands that Thomas pay $1,869 on the property.

Back in 2014, Thomas was hit with a $100,000 lawsuit over that case.
The suit claimed he “breached a lease agreement by failing to pay rent and other fees including late fees, bank charges, real estate property taxes and unpaid utilities” for both Bar One and the space that was being used for his wife’s modeling agency.
The closing of Bar One and successful relocation of Bailey’s modeling agency were captured for RHOA’s cameras. So it’s likely that the Thomas’ latest money woes may also make their way onto our TV screens when RHOA returns in the fall! What do you think about Peter’s eviction notice?
