It’s not over yet! Apollo Nida is reportedly not accepting his divorce from Real Housewives Of Atlanta star, Phaedra Parks!
According to reports, the currently imprisoned Apollo is now insisting that the divorce, Phaedra claimed to be finalized in July, is actually invalid. In a recent motion he filed, the convicted felon is claiming his last name is spelled “Nita” instead of “Nida” in Phaedra’s divorce docs.
Because of this error, Apollo filed a motion to vacate Phaedra’s divorce documents. He additionally claimed in the motion that Phaedra took advantage of his current state in prison.

Back in July, a judge signed the couple’s divorce documents (without Apollo’s signature) after Apollo was served the papers in March, while he was behind bars, and didn’t sign them within 4 months.
After Phaedra confirmed the couple’s divorce months after it was finalized Apollo denied knowing anything about it and filed his own petition.
Apollo is currently engaged to another woman and requesting joint legal custody of the former couple’s children, Ayden and Dylan, despite the fact that he is currently serving an eight-year prison sentence for fraud.
