Ashlee Simpson and Evan Ross have been tirelessly out and about promoting their new E! reality series, Ashlee+Evan. They stopped by to chat with Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live where Ashlee played the game, Plead The Fifth. She divulged some juicy details about her famous 2005 song, "Boyfriend."

The 33-year-old confirmed that the song was about former teen dreams Lindsay Lohan and Wilmer Valderrama.

“ Yeah, I mean, I hung out with him first,” the "Pieces of Me" singer said. “I wasn’t interested in him at that point.” Andy replied, "So the lyric 'I didn’t steal your boyfriend,’ that was about you not stealing him from Lindsay Lohan?” To which Ashlee responded, “I didn’t. I was done.”

But no worries! The Melrose Place actress says there is no bad blood between Lindsay and Wilmer.  "We’re great! All is well,” she said. “And by the way, they’re the best, so all love.”

Lindsay dated the That 70s Show actor for a brief time in 2004, right before the song was released.

In 2005, Wilmer was then linked to Ashlee with rumors circulating that he dumped the Mean Girls actress for her. But he denied that Ashlee was the cause of any breakup.
