The supermodel sported electric blue sweats, a light pink shoulder bag, a TNA for Aritzia "Super Puff" jacket and small black sunglasses to brave the frigid cold.
The Los Angeles native held on tightly to a bouquet of flowers.
Bella had her hands full some some pretty big gold and silver letter balloons and party supplies.

The 22-year-old was recently seen at the same store grabbing some balloons for BFF Kendall Jenner's 23rd birthday earlier this month.
Just last week, Bella walked in the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in Manhattan and had a blast with her sister, Gigi and other model besties.
