Pregnant Kate Upton And Hubby Justin Verlander Host 'Grand Slam Adoption' Event In Texas

Kate Upton and her husband, Justin Verlander proved that they are true animal lovers when they hosted the Grand Slam Adoption Event and Wins For Warriors Foundation reception. Their aim was to raise funds for adoptable dogs to become service animals to military veterans in need. Keep reading to see them rock the event.
The two supported the cause in Houston, Texas during the same weekend that Justin was playing in the Astros game against the Los Angeles Angels on Sunday.
Kate looked drop-dead gorgeous in a Little Black Dress that hugged her curves and growing baby bump. She also wore blacked studded heels and a long duster jacket.
The 35-year-old baseball player explained the cause of the event to Click2Houston. "It was a perfect fit. All the proceeds from this go to train dogs for veterans with PTSD." Kate also said of the fundraiser, "Especially after Hurricane Harvey, dogs are still needing to find homes and we were happy to step in and help.”

The celebrity couple announced that they were expecting their first child together when Kate posted a gorgeous pic of her chilling on a balcony in a chic red suit with a visible baby belly. "#PregnantinMiami@justinverlander ?❤️," she simply captioned the picture.
The duo wed last autumn just days after the Astros won the World Series. They dated for three years and their elegant wedding took place in Tuscany, Italy.
