Zachary landed a role on the Golden Globe-winning series for season two. The pair donned classic 1950s era looks to film new scenes.
The Thor: The Dark World actor will play an "eclectic Manhattan doctor who suddenly starts orbiting the world of Midge Maisel and her parents."
The news of his casting came right after the series had been renewed for a third season ahead of the season two premiere. No premiere date has been set for the new season yet.

The TV series centers on a housewife, Midge Maisel (played by Rachel) who discovers she has a talent for doing stand-up comedy after her husband leaves her.
The show also stars talents like Alex Borstein, Jane Lynch, Marin Hinkle, Tony Shalhoub and Michael Zegen.
