One would think having a Pippa Middleton backside would be tons of work but according to the Brit herself, it’s not as difficult as it looks!
In her new column for the British magazine Waitrose Weekend, the sister of the Duchess of Cambridge dished on her diet and fitness secrets—and how she keeps her famous bum in such great shape!
"I grew up with the belief that good health is about moderation in all things," the 31-year-old wrote, "so I'll be celebrating healthy living through exercise, a balanced diet.”
Pippa said she works out “at least three, ideally five” times a week. She runs for 30 minutes, or walks for an hour or plays a “good game of tennis.”
So how does she get such a great derriere? Her top four moves are: ladders, planks, plié squats and wall ushes—which she says are “great for toning all over."
She suggested that people do the exercises at home for two minutes each with 30-second breaks in between.
Pippa said her diet has “a little of the naughty stuff sprinkled in” like chocolate, crisps and the occasional glass of wine.
And best of all, Kate Middleton’s lil sis said she doesn’t do fad diets! "I've never done Dukan, attempted Atkins or exercised religiously seven days a week,” she said.
“I do believe in making healthy choices—keeping refined carbs such as white bread and pasta to a minimum, and sticking to sensible portion sizes," she said. Now that's some control!
