Ellen Pompeo loves to keep in shape! The new mom was spotted getting her exercise in yet again on a hiking trail in Los Angeles.
Just days after Christmas, the Grey's Anatomy star was seen hiking with her family--and a newborn baby! The actress soon revealed that, yes, the baby was her newborn son, Eli Christopher!
While hiking with friends, though, it didn't look as though Ellen had recently had a baby bump! The new mom looked fantastic!

The actress may have welcomed her third bundle of joy via surrogate, but she hasn't said anything regarding that topic.
It wouldn't be the first time though! Ellen was very open about using a surrogate when her second daughter Sienna May arrived back in 2014.
