A very pregnant Kenya Moore went into full panic mode on Saturday afternoon after the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star revealed she gained 17 pounds in one week. Read on to see why it happened.

This has to do with her swollen feet, which Kenya said she joked about while at her BFF Cynthia Bailey's party earlier this week.

"I made fun of my swollen feet at @cynthiabailey10 party," she wrote on her Instagram. "Next day my tests came back for possible preeclampsia... I gained 17 lbs in ONE week due to severe swelling and water retention, high blood pressure, and excess protein in urine."

That's when panic started to set in for her. "This is NOT normal!"

Kenya further revealed that she took more tests and "Baby Twirl" is fine, however if they come back higher she will have to deliver her first child that same day.

She finished the anxiety-ridden post on an upbeat note, saying "Staying positive. To my pregnant sisters please go to your visits and tell the doctor of any drastic changes. Thank God I have great doctors."
