Pregnant Kylie Jenner Is Building The Ultimate Compound For 'Extreme Privacy'

Kylie was seen Wednesday with mom Kris Jenner and BFF Jordyn Woods at a construction site. She's "looking for a quieter life, and wants to buy land to build a compound," an insider revealed to Entertainment Tonight.

Kylie wants to build a big house, according to the source, on a lot of land for extreme privacy. It's what she feels is best for her and her newborn.

"Kylie wants to build a farm, garden and have a horse stable," the insider continued. "Even a pregnant Kylie is all business."

The construction site, where Kylie, Kris, and Jordyn where spotted on Wednesday, is in Hidden Hills, California. The property they were inspecting sits on more than seven acres of land.

A source previously told ET that Kylie is keeping her personal life and brand separate, which is why she's been silent on social media. The insider said while Kylie's definitely excited to be a mom, she doesn't want to glamorize having children at her age. "Kylie is so excited about becoming a mother," the source said, "but it's not lost on her that she's not your average 20-year-old."
