Meghan Markle Makes A Spontaneous Trip To NYC Weeks Before Giving Birth

Meghan Markle made an unannounced trip to New York City on Saturday, February 16, where she visited a few of her favorite spots in Manhattan and caught up with some of her state side friends. Scroll through to get all the details on her royal trip back to the U.S.
Meghan, 37, who is in the last trimester of her first pregnancy with her husband, Prince Harry, made a surprise trip to the Big Apple to get a few things off her to-do list before the baby arrives!
The former actress was spotted at Ladurée Restaurant in SoHo with a friend. “They were having a lovely time, laughing and talking with each other,” an eyewitness told Us Weekly.
Meghan's good friend Jessica Mulroney was also spotted in Manhattan during the same time as the Duchess but it's unknown whether or not they met up.

That being said, Jessica is reportedly planning the 37-year-old's exclusive baby shower which is supposed to take place at a hotel on the Upper East Side on Tuesday, February 19.
With just a bit more time until the mother-to-be and Harry, 34, welcome their bundle of joy into their royal world, Meghan was spotted picking up a few items at a high-end children's clothing store called Bonpoint.
Meghan has been showing off her baby bump at various events. Most recently, the royal couple was photographed at a gala performance of The Wider Earth at the Natural History Museum in London, England.
