It's less than a week away from the season premiere of Pretty Little Liars! Over the last few weeks, rumors have been swirling that season 7 will be the final season of the Freeform hit television show.
Marline King, the creator and writer of the show, is finally addressing those rumors! On Wednesday night at the PLL event in the Hollywood Forever Cemetery, she told USA Today, "We're not officially allowed to say (it's the last season), but it is a season of closure, I can say that."

She added, "It's the beginning of the end as we know it."

Lucy Hale, one of the main characters on the show, spoke about the possibility of closing the PLL chapter in her life during an appearance on The Talk. "Good things must come to an end." Adding, "As far as I know now, we are all going to wrap it up after this next season which we start filming."
