Ian Harding can't keep a secret! The Pretty Little Liars actor dished on those scandalous sex scenes with his co-star, Lucy Hale!

“It’s always…It’s seemingly now just sort of another scene. You know, we have a lot of body makeup on," he said in an interview with PrettyLittleLiars.com.
And since the two have to strip down in order to film, Ian revealed how he preps for the big shoot.

“For me at least I have to start eating healthy for like two weeks in advance,” he explained.

“And so when we finally do it, it’s very technical. We have to do a certain movement, but if I turn this way the sheets will stick to me and then it just flies off and Lucy’s there," he continued. "So it’s fun but it’s odd."
