It's likely that they are just exhausted. After all, they were just coming home from a big movie premiere.

Rachel was there to support her boyfriend at the premiere of his new movie The Gospel of Us, where they couldn't have looked happier.
But now that the official appearance was over, Rachel and Michael looked like they were eager to evade the cameras.
