The Notebook star took a break from motherhood and decided to step out on a sunny afternoon in Los Angeles.
The 39-year-old welcomed her first child into the world in April of this year with longtime boyfriend, Jamie Linden. Their baby boy's name has yet to be revealed.
Rachel was all smiles as she walked around the farmer's market. She took her time scoping out which bundle of flowers she wanted to take home but decided on these pink beauties.

She checked out some homemade probiotic drinks.
And walked around the market enjoying some of her new beverage. The blonde actress was dressed casual in baggy ripped jeans, a black and grey baseball tee, and black sneakers. Rachel also accessorized in Prive Revaux sunglasses. She was also well equip for the farmer's market with various bags to collect all of her healthy goodies.
