Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards is being ordered by the court to pay thousands to her family friend Kay Rozario after Rozario was attacked by Richards’ pit-bull, Kingsley, Radar reported.

Rozario sued Richards back in 2014 when the attack occurred, and Richards was ordered to pay a judgment in May the following year. However, Radar exclusively obtained court papers filed yesterday, April 19, that prove Richards will have to pay a lot more than she expected!

On May 14, 2015, Bill Zudhi, Rozario’s lawyer, appealed a ruling in which a judge granted Rozario a default judgment for more than $8K. While her medical bills only totaled around $4K, she said at the time, “I am still experiencing physical and emotional trauma from the event,” and wanted to appeal for even more money.

“We affirm the district court’s holding that Richards is liable under the default judgment," the latest ruling states. "We reverse the damages award and remand for the district court to recalculate the emotional distress damages.”

Now Richards has to pay up even more! “The district court acknowledged Rozario’s uncontested declaration, but it is unclear whether, and to what extent, the court considered her statements about the seriousness of her injury and the continued impact on her,” the paperwork says. “Further, to the extent the district court suggested that Rozario needed corroborating medical evidence, it was incorrect.”

“Kay is very excited about this huge win,” Zuhdi told Radar. “She has finally gotten justice for an atrocious and heinous crime committed by Kim Richards.” What do you think about Kay suing Kim? Sound off in the comments!
