In a selfie, Joanna, 40, wore a cozy pair of grey pajamas and lifted her shirt so her stomach was on full display.
“Belly growing,” she captioned the snap.

“I had my first child at 40, it was so perfect!” another person shared.
Joanna revealed her exciting pregnancy news on Instagram in May. “Hubby Douglas Nunes and I are beyond excited about this new chapter in our life and can’t wait to meet this little ?,” she wrote at the time.
The Bravo celebrity has previously been candid about her decision to freeze her eggs. “I would be freaking out right now if I didn't,” she told Life & Style in 2017.
“I don’t want to regret not freezing them two, three years down the line, when I’m trying to have kids, in case for some reason I’m infertile,” Joanna told People in 2014. “I would never forgive myself.”
