A night of drinking turned disastrous for Real Housewives of New York City star Sonja Morgan. During the May 30 episode, the reality star had a alcohol-induced meltdown that lead to an ambulance being called to her Miami rental.

Early in the episode, after Sonja showed up uninvited to Luann de Lesseps’ cabaret rehearsal, Luann took note of her castmate’s erratic behavior.
Luann told the other RHONY ladies that she thought Sonja might have been on pills. However, Sonja insisted that she had only been drinking.
When the cast jetted off to Miami later in the episode, the reality and intensity of Sonja’s drinking habits took center stage.

While knocking back a few welcome drinks, Sonja became increasingly intoxicated and upset after learning that Ramona Singer made out with her ex Harry Dubin.
Sonja quickly directed her anger at Luann and called her out for marrying and then subsequently divorcing Tom D’Agostino Jr. "He was my lover! Why did you go there?!" Sonja asked.
Eventually, Luann decided that the best thing to do was to remove herself from the tense situation. She headed upstairs and did her best to get away from the fight and the alcohol-induced rage.
Downstairs, the alcohol seemed to get the best of Sonja. While sitting at the table with Bethenny Frankel, Sonja fell forward and ended up smashing her face on the table. Before the episode ended, a panicked Bethany called the ambulance and tried her best to keep Sonja stable and prevent her doing more damage to herself.
