Real Housewives of New York City star Tinsley Mortimer ended her big night in tears. In a clip from the upcoming episode, the reality star had a breakdown following her Big Apple Circus ringleader performance and opened up about her depression battle.

When Tinsley’s mother Dale Mercer attempted to congratulate her daughter on a successful performance, the Bravo celebrity broke down almost immediately. “I wasn’t that good,” she said.

“I really am emotional,” Tinsley said through tears. “I feel like I don’t do anything good enough. I just feel like I’m doing these things that I feel like I’d be really happy about and I’m not happy. I’m miserable!”

Tinsley, who broke up with her boyfriend Scott Kluth weeks prior, was still reeling from the split.

“I worked hard to be in a place where I feel like I just wanted somebody to share it with me,” she told Dale. “And I’m sharing it with you, and I love you, but I don’t want to just share it with you.”

During her confessional interview, the Gossip Girl guest star explained that her post-performance breakdown highlighted her mental health struggles.

“I’m sitting here in this big bow and this big dress, and I couldn’t be more what the little girl Tinsley would want to be — rosy cheeks, like I’m at the circus. I was just a part of this,” she told the camera. “And…I couldn’t be more depressed. I couldn’t be sadder!”
