Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore and husband Marc Daly have decided to split after two years of marriage, they confirmed on Thursday, September 19.
"It is with profound sadness that I regret to inform my fans that I am divorcing my husband Marc Daly. Due to recent and ongoing circumstances, I can no longer continue in the marriage. My sole concern and focus is and will always be my daughter, Brooklyn, my miracle baby. She was made in love and true commitment. I ask for our privacy to be respected moving forward," Kenya, 48, said in a statement to People.
Marc, 49, issued his own statement to the outlet. "I have come to the difficult decision to separate from Kenya at this time. Our daughter has two parents that love her very much and in her best interests, this situation should remain as private as possible. I cherish our family’s good times together and will continue to co-parent in a loving way. Rumors, innuendo or false accusations only serve to hurt our family and will be addressed through counsel as the law permits. Please respect our privacy during this challenging period," he said.
The former couple wed in a romantic private ceremony on the beach in St. Lucia in June 2017. They welcomed daughter Brooklyn, 10 months, on November 4, 2018.

Their breakup seems to have come out of the blue. Kenya shared a sweet snapshot of Marc napping with their baby girl on her Instagram on Saturday, September 14. They made their first appearance as a family on The Tamron Hall Show on Monday, September 16 in New York City, and the former beauty queen called Marc "the love of my life" during the episode.
Marc sounded like a doting husband while discussing their IVF journey during the sit-down. "It’s incredibly challenging because the success rate for these these treatments are very low. There’s expectations, but you also have to be prepared for disappointment. So just being there, being supportive, being hopeful, being positive and just being behind her was what it’s all about," he explained.
The Bravo star came under fire for refusing to film parts of her personal life — including her home life and marriage to Marc — on RHOA, and it was rumored that refusal contributed to her exit after season 10. She is currently filming season 12 of the franchise, and reportedly recently "broke down" while opening up about her marriage on camera.
