She promoted a health and beauty supplements product within the post. The first-time mother thanked them helping her get to where she is post-baby.
A hater chimed in and wrote "you forgot #plasticsurgery."

Kenya clapped back and said that the product "can help with your body... it can't help you with your face though."
The former RHOA star has primarily kept her focus off of the trolls lately onto her adorable 4-month-old daughter Brooklyn. Kenya shares her with husband Marc Daly.
Kenya documented Brooklyn's first swimming class on Friday, March 15. Marc happily helped her float above water while "Baby Shark" played in the background.
