The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks looked worry free during a trip to Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills on Tuesday. Her dinner date with friends was one of her first appearances out since announcing her plans to file for divorce from her husband Apollo Nida.

Parks announced on Oct. 10 that she would be divorcing Nida, her husband of five years. Nida was sentenced to eight years in prison for bank fraud in May. He reported to a Lexington, Kentucky, prison in September to begin serving his sentence.

The breakdown of the couple’s marriage will be documented on the upcoming season of RHOA.

In the trailer for the new season, Apollo accuses his wife of being unfaithful in their marriage with a man named Chocolate. But Parks has since denied those claims.

“Phaedra has been a completely faithful wife. She doesn’t know any men named Chocolate,” Parks rep, Steve Honig, told Radar Online in a statement.
