Our favorite Georgia peaches have faced their fair share of plastic surgery rumors since The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s reality TV debut back in 2008. From Kenya Moore’s booty to NeNe Leakes’ nose, we’ve gathered all the biggest cosmetic surgery rumors and reveals that have rocked the show!

When it comes to her visits to the surgeon, Leakes has previously been pretty open about what cosmetic procedures she’s undergone! Leakes admitted to People that she did get a nose job in April of 2010. "I'm very comfortable and confident in myself. I just wanted a tune up," she told the publication, also adding that she got her breast implants reduced and lifted.

And she also said she received liposuction to contour her waist, People reported. "I still wanted to look like NeNe, the black woman that I am," she said, "but a better version.” 

Moore’s butt has been the focus of numerous plastic surgery rumors. But the RHOA star has long knocked rumors that she’s had any type of surgery done to her backside. And Wendy Williams has gone so far as to support claims that Moore hasn’t had any procedures done to her body.

Moore’s boobs have also been the focus of surgery talk. However, during an episode of Watch What Happens Live, Moore stood by her claims that her boobs are all “natural!”

"Let me ask you a question: Are your boobs real?" Andy Cohen asked Moore, to which she replied, “Yes, Andy! Would you like to touch them?" And though the WWHL host decided not to give his inspection on air, they did continue their breast chat! "They are natural," she added. "They get bigger as I'm aging. If I gain, like, two pounds, it's going to my boobs. It's crazy. I'm, like, going up in a bra size lately. I don't necessarily like that."

But Moore did go on to admit that she was open to having a breast lift if she needs it. "I might need to get 'em hiked later on," Moore said. "But there's nothing wrong with a little jiggle — a little meat underneath."

Kandi Burruss also shot down her own breast implant rumors during RHOA’s Season 7 reunion show, letting Cohen know that her busty chest was actually the product of her weight gain! "Let's be clear, I've gotten fatter period,” Burruss said jokingly while talking about the surgery rumors.

One RHOA star that has taken tons of pride in her cup size jump is the fabulous Porsha Williams. Williams has been open about her decision to get her girls — who she affectionately calls Coco and Chanel — enhanced. But during an appearance on The Steve Harvey Show, she slammed the talk she’d had anything else done to her body, including rampant talk she’s had her butt enhanced. “People think I’ve had my nose done, my teeth. Somebody said I had my ribs crushed. Can you imagine that?” Williams said. She added, “I haven’t had any other work done except for the new girls and I love them. I’m enjoying them, probably more than anybody.”
