Porsha shared an ultrasound photo on her Instagram Sunday that had not one but two babies within it.
This made her followers freak out in excitement over the supposed updated baby news as Porsha revealed months ago that she's expecting a daughter with fiance Dennis McKinley.
Just kidding! Porsha shared a fake ultrasound photo (see here) to throw off her followers, many of whom caught on instantly after they read the caption that came with the pic.

Porsha's first child is due sometime in 2019. She recently showed off her growing baby bump in a barely-there bikini.
Her former RHOA costar Kenya Moore just gave birth back in November. It's baby number one for her and husband Marc Daly.
