Porsha Williams is more agile than fans would think. On September 4, she shared a behind-the-scenes look of how much strength and flexibility goes into taking the perfect picture of Shamea Morton. In a hilarious but relatable social media update, the Real Housewives of Atlanta stars attempted to get an Insta-worthy snapshot – and succeeded.
The first image showed Porsha, 38, squatted in a parking lot as she angled her phone to get the perfect shot of Shamea, 37.
The second showed the finished product, as Shamea posed on the sidewalk in an orange outfit and coordinating sneakers.
The Instagram pictures were captioned, “If yo friend don’t do all lis for yo pic dat ain’t yo friend! Tag: Yo riderrrr #FriendGoals.”

Fans applauded Porsha’s form and physique in the comments section. “The form on that squat is goalsthough!” one follower wrote.
“Porsha, that crouch girl, this is real friend picture goals,” another chimed in with heart and laughing emojis. A follower tagged their friends and said, “I want all this when y'all taking my pics period I don't care.”
It is unclear when Real Housewives of Atlanta will return to Bravo for its 12th season, but fans can expect new episodes sometime this year.
