Porsha's sister Lauren, who has frequently appeared on RHOA, announced her joyous baby news on Instagram.
Dennis McKinley, Porsha's fiancé and now baby daddy, documented her journey to motherhood on his own Instagram Friday.
Lauren also shared a beautiful tribute to her older sister and also posted a surprise gift that she received after welcoming baby PJ.

Delicious treats were made surrounding what the P could be in PJ's name. Several options were given on top of heart-shaped cookies including Paige, Pilar and Pia.
Porsha's fans gave several other "P" related suggestions like Penelope, Princess and even... Pickles.
