There are some major The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 9 casting questions being raised after several of the ladies got together over the weekend for a secret reunion!
The ladies present at the even actually comprise the show’s full-time lineup from Season 6 — Parks, Burruss, Bailey, Moore and Williams. The only missing member from that season’s rosters is NeNe Leakes, who recently admitted she hasn’t done any filming for RHOA’s new season so far.
Whitfield’s presence at the event is also fueling talk that she may finally be making her full-time return to the show after a successful RHOA comeback as a part-time housewife during Season 8! Phaedra Parks hosted a pop-up shop in Atlanta, Georgia, on Saturday that brought out the entire Season 8 cast — except for Shamea Morton and Kim Fields!
And with cameras being present to film the reunion of Parks, Kandi Burruss, Cynthia Bailey, Kenya Moore and Porsha Williams, fans of the show immediately began to question if the girls had revealed new info about the Season 9.
Bravo’s official cast announcement for Season 9 is expected in the coming weeks. But several of the RHOA ladies have been dropping hints that they may return to the show, including many posting photos on social media from their confessional tapings over the summer.
And many fans are taking the girls’ event over the weekend as a possible clue that more RHOA vets may be staying on than expected!
