Denise Richards announced that a new cast member will be joining The Bold and the Beautiful on Saturday, June 29. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has an extra reason to be excited as it’s a person near and dear to her heart.
Denise, 48, revealed that her assistant, Mikey Ryan, has filmed scenes for the long-running CBS soap opera.
“Our assistant @the_mikey_ryan makes his debut on @boldandbeautifulcbs very soon!!” she wrote on Instagram along with a photo of them on set. “Can’t wait to see him on it!!”
Mikey shared the same photo on his Instagram and proclaimed, “I’m an actor y’all,” in the caption.
Denise expanded her acting resume when she joined B&B in April. She’s been playing the role of Shauna Fulton, a hard-working, single mom from Las Vegas.
The mother-of-three is far from the only RHOBH cast member to enter into the world of soap operas.
Lisa Rinna and Eileen Davidson have starred on several soaps over the past couple of decades including Days of Our Lives and The Young and the Restless.
Eileen, 60, won a Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series for her work in Y&R in 2018.
