As viewers know, after Rinna, 55, got involved in the infamous PuppyGate drama her relationship with Vanderpump, 58, was never the same.
During the season finale on Tuesday night, Kyle Richards invited the girls to lunch and Rinna claimed to lend Vanderpump money.
"I was waiting for my car, and I heard this, 'Ohhh, God!'" Rinna explained, breaking out in a fake English accent. "I just didn't say anything! Like, I just sat there and looked at her."
"So she goes to her car, and she's fumbling in her purse for money," Rinna continues. "Her nails are wet, and so she's fumbling, and all of a sudden, I turn around and I go, 'Do you need some money?'"

"She goes, 'No! And if I did, I wouldn't take yours!'" Rinna said. "Swear to God. And that was it."
The women were stunned, but not necessarily surprised. Erika Jayne jabbed Vanderpump and said, "Why does she have wet nails in 2019, girl? Get some gels!"
Ahead of Rinna and Vanderpump's awkward encounter, Rinna accused Vanderpump of leaking the PuppyGate drama to the press in order to make Dorit Kemlsey look bad.
As OK! readers know, the drama stems from Dorit, 42, adopting a dog from Vanderpump's foundation and then giving the dog away to someone else who then gave the animal to a kill shelter.
