The middle finger this time around wasn't for the Sur owner, it was simply a drawing done by a fan which Lisa shared on her Instagram Story Saturday.

The drawing (seen here) showed Lisa flipping the bird both in black and white and in color.

It remains to be seen if the two Lisa's will battle it out when the new season of RHOBH premieres next month, although it wouldn't be too much of a surprise given everything that's gone on with LVP and the cast as of late.
