Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna celebrated her daughter Delilah Belle’s 21st birthday by posting a photo of her on Instagram that was nothing short of totally scandalous!
Lisa, 55, shared a pic of Delilah in a very revealing outfit on Monday, June 10.
“Today!!!! Happy Birthday My Angel @delilahbelle,” Lisa wrote in the caption. “Born at 3:21pm at Cedar Sinai Hospital.”
The budding model wore a belly-baring ensemble with a bra that only covered up half her breasts.

The former Melrose Place star posted another Instagram photo with her Delilah on Tuesday, June 11. The 21-year-old once again appeared near-naked in a sexy lime green bathing suit.
