A source told Entertainment Tonight that Lisa, 58, "hasn’t made a decision on if she’ll show up for the RHOBH reunion or not."

The Sur owner admitted to Entertainment Tonight back in February that she regretted not taking time off from RHOBH after her brother Mark committed suicide in April 2018.

“I wasn’t as prepared for combat as I should’ve been,” LVP confessed. A lot of the drama this season centered around Dorit Kemsley allegedly returning one of Lisa's rescue dogs.

LVP has been slammed by several of her RHOBH costars over her alleged involvement in putting the "puppygate" story out there, notably by Teddi Mellencamp and Lisa Rinna.

In an exclusive interview with OKMagazine.com recently, Teddi, 37, claimed she was “fully set up” by Lisa to indulge in the dog drama.
