RadarOnline.com reported on Monday, April 22, that Brooks, 51, was hit with a California state lien of $14,874.95 back in September 2018.
A County Clerk Recorder for Sacramento County Court confirmed the office has not recorded a release for the lien.
It’s just another legal mess for Brooks. His ex-Vicki, 57, sued him for breach of written agreement, breach of verbal agreement, fraud, misrepresentation and for large sums of money he allegedly failed to pay back to her on March 29.

She accused Brooks of not paying her back the $184,899 that she loaned him back in 2011 and not abiding to a written agreement they made in 2016.
The mother-of-two also claimed that Brooks refused to repay her the $81,652 she loaned him for lawyer fees between 2013 and 2015.
The former couple split for good in August 2015 after he falsified medical records that said he suffered from Stage 3 Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. They were together for four years before breaking up.
Vicki has moved on in the love department with boyfriend Steve Lodge. Steve, 60, has been a mainstay in the RHOC stars life, both on and off the show.
