Emily Simpson enjoyed a round of plastic surgery on Monday, June 17. The Real Housewives of Orange County star documented her procedure after slamming a fan who asked her how many surgeries she’s had so far.
Emily, 43, stopped by the plastic surgery office for some Botox injections.
“Getting ready to get into a time machine,” Emily captioned one of her Instagram stories.
“I’m going to get some things done to my face,” she told her followers. “You know, I’m 43, so you got to look good.”

Emily shared a photo of a doctor injecting Botox into her forehead. “Now what else can I do?” she wrote as the caption.
The mother-of-five recently shut down a fan on Instagram who asked her how many surgeries she had.
“I’m sorry? Surgeries?” she responded in the comments section under a photo with husband Shane. “You must be referring to all the surgeries I had to try and fix my uterus when I was unable to have children?”
Emily’s RHOC costars Shannon Beador, Tamra Judge and Vicki Gunvalson have also documented their time under the knife, both on and off the show.
