Emily Simpson has been an open book when it comes to her health struggles. The Real Housewives of Orange County star revealed on Friday, August 23, that her chronic arthritis pain, that caused her to previously gain weight, left her feeling "depressed and completely unmotivated."
Emily, 43, shared a side by side photo of her weight loss progress on Instagram.
"So a lot of you know that I’ve struggled with weight gain over the past year due to chronic pain from arthritis," she wrote. "The severity of the pain left me depressed and completely unmotivated to do any type of exercise or movement."
The mother-of-three has since found a trainer that has helped her lose weight by setting "small weekly goals" while loving her body at every single stage of their program.
