Emily, 43, answered questions from fans while she was in her home state of Iowa.
“How do you stay so positive in a world so cruel?” one asked her.
“This world is cruel. So cruel,” Emily responded. And if you want to know how truly cruel it is… go on a reality show!”

Emily broke down during the season 13 RHOC reunion after discussing the hurtful names people were calling her on social media, many of which revolved around her weight.
