Emily Simpson let loose big time on Saturday, July 27. The Real Housewives of Orange County star posted an Instagram video of herself dancing to Vanilla Ice's classic "Ice Ice Baby' that included a lot of booty shaking.
Emily, 43, did a choreographed routine of the 1990 hit alongside her friend.
The mother-of-three shared the clip on National Dance Day.
"Did someone say it’s #nationaldanceday?" Emily captioned the footage. "I just enjoy choreographing dances with my 90s cheerleading moves.. and then performing them with @evilrobotgirl at Simpson parties."
Emily shook her booty plenty of times while breaking it down with her pal.

"So hawt!!!" former RHOC star Alexis Bellino commented. "Do another!!! Did you make that up???!"
"I’m a bit early for Woman Crush Wednesday but girl you da bomb!!!" a fan wrote, complimenting Emily's moves.
"Ice Ice Baby" was Vanilla Ice's (real name Rob Van Winkle) only major hit but holds the record as the first hip-hop song to top the Billboard Hot 100 charts.
