Briana Culberson is looking fit and fab lately. The former Real Housewives of Orange County star has lost a ton of weight thanks to the trendy Keto diet that other celebs like Vinny Guadagnino have been promoting. Read on for all the details.

Briana’s husband Ryan revealed on Tuesday, March 5, that they’ve lost a combined 85 pounds total.
Her dramatic weight loss was on display in a recent photo he posted on Instagram. It featured the husband and wife duo with their sons Troy and Owen.
“Briana looks amazing!” one fan wrote. “I’m so glad to see you all so happy.”
She was dubbed the “Keto Queen” by Ryan after initially dropping 40 pounds in November of 2018.
Briana, 32, and Ryan have also received praise by her mother and RHOC star Vicki Gunvalson for their weight loss efforts.
The mother-of-two’s weight has fluctuated for a long time due to her complications from lupus. Things got so bad that doctors almost had to amputate one of her legs a couple of years ago.
Ryan claimed that she hasn't had any lupus flare ups since her dramatic weight loss.
