Shannon Beador has been proudly showing off her 40-pound weight loss: a goal that she achieved in February. The Real Housewives of Orange County star earned a ton of compliments after she shared an Instagram boomerang with her "amigas” Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge. Read on for all the details.
Shannon, 55, danced alongside Vicki, 57, and Tamra, 51, in a cream-colored dress.
“Shannon looks fabulous!” one fan wrote. “As you all do but her weight loss is incredible.”

The mother-of-three revealed her weight loss secrets in April. "I'm going to tell you how you get rid of (excess weight)," she said. "Diet, diet, diet, diet, diet."
“I broke two ribs, and I couldn't exercise for a couple weeks, and that's where I lost the bulk of my weight,” she continued. “It's what you eat. It's what you put into your body."
Shannon’s weight struggles were well documented on RHOC after her relationship with now ex-husband David began to crumble. The former couple finalized their divorce in April almost two years after they split.
