PHOTOSFans Think Heather Dubrow Got Cheek Injections

Heather Dubrow has claimed in the past that she's never had any face work done. Fans of the former Real Housewives of Orange County star questioned her about that after she posted an Instagram photo on Tuesday, July 30, that makes them think she's had cheek injections.
Heather, 50, shared a snap of her out to lunch with her daughter Max.
"I love you @maxdubrow! Girls trip! Adventure #3... definitely the most expensive," Heather captioned the family pic.
Fans were quick to point out Heather's cheeks and asked her if they are real or not.
"Are you going to come clean about what you put in your CHEEKS!" one wrote. "Do you think we don’t notice? I don’t understand why you can’t be honest about the fact that you inject stuff in your face."
"She does constantly say she’s allergic to everything and besides having Botox once a year she does nothing except use her own products and she has good genes," another wrote. "If you look at her IG story you could even see the indentations of where she got injections on her cheek bones. Nothing wrong with that but STOP LYING ABOUT IT."
Heather shared a face photo of her from twenty years ago on Instagram in May 2019 and hashtagged it #NOSURGERY.
The mother-of-four has dealt with these types of allegations for years because her husband. Dr. Terry Dubrow, is a plastic surgeon.
Terry, 60, joked earlier this month that he refuses to let Heather look old after she participated in the trendy Face App Challenge that drastically ages the user.
